WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your order will ship between 2-7 business days.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

As much as we would love to help, it is not logistically possible to change or cancel an order once it has processed through checkout.

This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or canceling your order.

ARE RETURNS/EXCHANGES OFFERED?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. As a small business, we currently offer exchanges only. You are eligible for one exchange if the item(s) is returned within 30 days in its original condition and packaging—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. For a product to be considered defective, the defect must have occurred before it was sold.

All of our business and product decisions are filtered through a sustainable lens and we go the extra mile to ensure we can provide excellent quality while keeping our materials and operations as earth-friendly as possible. We are a small company that plans to increase our sustainability efforts as we continue to grow. We avoid waste by producing small batches at a time!

 

TELL ME ABOUT Antheia's ETHICS... 

Our dresses are manufactured in an ethical facility in Bali, Indonesia. This company is family-owned and women-led!

Beyond the ethics of our manufacturing, our brand ethics are quite simple: embrace and empower women. We embrace women in all that they are and in all that they continue to be. Size inclusivity is a big deal to us and as we grow we plan to include an even wider range of sizes.

When it comes to our goddesses (models), we make sure to include women from all different races and sizes. And we never photoshop our goddesses. Most of the fashion industry profits from the idea that women should look a certain way, and we are here to tell you and show you that you are gorgeous exactly as you are right now.

 

DISCLAIMER

Antheia has no responsibility in relation to errors in images, product description or technical specifications, incorrect prices or discount codes and price adjustments (such as changes in prices from suppliers or currency fluctuations), or inaccurate information regarding whether an item is in stock set out on the Website. Antheia has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for an item that you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before continuing with the order.

All pictures on the Website must be exclusively seen as illustrations. Such illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the goods you receive, or the product’s exact appearance, features or origin.

The Website and all the content on it are owned by Antheia or its licensors. The information and all content are protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that trademarks, trade names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout, and information about products, services, and all other content (excluding user generated content) may not be copied or used without written approval from Antheia. However, please note that the Website may contain links to other websites beyond Antheia’s control. Antheia cannot be held liable for content or privacy policies of such third party websites.

Antheia is not liable for any damage on other items caused by your use of the purchased products or any loss suffered by you caused by the same provided your use has been made in accordance with any applicable user guidelines and with proper care. You are responsible for a product being non-defective before use.

Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the Website is limited to the total amount of your order. Antheia has no liability for indirect losses.

 

OWNERSHIP

All products sold through the website remain Antheia’s property until full payment has been received. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the authorities. Antheia reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

 

MISC.

If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these Terms; instead, the invalid terms and conditions shall be replaced with the terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms.

 

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Antheia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these terms will be posted on the website. Changes apply from the time they are set out on the website and are able for you to review.
